Outline of basic estate planning documents needed.  Basic discussion of how estate could be distributed.

Estate at death illustration.  Detailed writted recommendations, updated as needed.

Annual review and update of estate plan recommendations.  Asset protection strategies.  Multi-generational wealth transfer planning.  Gifting and charitable planning.  Coordination with other advisors to ensure implementation of all recommendations.

Tax Planning

 

Documented realized gains/losses with specific strategy to harvest any losses each year.  Advance planning for retirement distribution.

Tax planning integrated with all other relevant asset, benefit, and other information so strategies may be quite extensive.  Coordination with CPA highly encouraged.

Employer Benefit and Executive Compensation Decisions

(including stock options)

 

Consultation and recommendations.

Detailed analysis of complex compensation issues, including subjects such as: deferred compensations, ESOP, stock within 401k (NUA strategy), outside employer stock purchase, executive compensation decisions, and how to diversify/accumulate/distribute funds pre and post retirement.
